"I called 1/12 to move my 1/17 payment to 1/24 since I got a new job and new pay schedule. I spoke to James. Who didn't do his job.
They charged me on 1/17 anyway and overdrafted my account. Called their corp customer service and was told "Refund in 24 hours". Then local rep James said 2 days. It's been 4 days and no refund and my account is still overdrafted from their failure. Now I have an email while I'm at work "login to pick what kind of refund you want" I have to wait until I'm using my laptop after work to tell them to just refund the card they used. I asked the local office to fix it and just refund my card "their system doesn't allow it"

So I would advise others to never sign up for auto pay or to trust that James can do his job.

I'm not interested in a response to this, you've already done damage to my account. I'm warning others of this negligence."
